The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract titled Superfund Technical Assessment Response Team V (START V) to Tetra Tech, Inc., a for-profit engineering and consulting firm.
