Residential Treatment Services to Homeless Veterans
1. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. 2. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for 5 Years. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, material, equipment, facilities and labor to provide Community-Based Residential Treatment/Transitional Housing Services to Homeless Veterans in support of the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston, TX 77030. 3. This will be a firm fixed price contract, since it is impossible to determine with any certainty the amount of services that will be required under this contract. The period of performance for this contract will be for five (5) Years. It is understood that no obligation will be incurred by the VA except for services rendered under this contract pursuant to referrals issued by the VA for residential treatment for Veterans. This contract will serve up to 9 homeless Veterans in need of immediate placement in a safe environment with onsite supportive services. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: All services shall be provided at the Contractor s facility and shall be located within a 70 mile radius of the Michael E.
