The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to CGI Federal Inc., a subsidiary of CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc., for a total ceiling value of $45,000,000. The contract, which has a period of performance through January 31, 2028, is to provide the NRC with financial accounting and integrated management information system (FAIMIS) support services.
Under this IDC, CGI Federal will design, develop, and implement a web-based, modular fee billing engine to simplify, centralize, streamline, and automate the NRC's Part 170 and 171 fee billing processes. Additionally, CGI Federal will provide contractor support services for the NRC's electronic invoicing solution, the eBilling application system, as well as support services for the NRC's FAIMIS, including systems integration, software development, and IT infrastructure support.
