Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. Estimated Inpatient Days:  120 days.  Estimated Oupatient Visits: 890 days.  Estimated Outpatient Institution Services: Prosthetics/Orthotics - Session Duration: 8 hours (approximate); Session Quantity: 12 per contract year. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has future requirements for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for Federal offenders at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) in Montgomery, Alabama. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code has a size standard of $38.5 million. It is anticipated that the contract period will consist of a base year from date of award (DOA) through 12 months from DOA, with four 12-month option periods for renewal. A Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide these services may be developed, and a contract may or may not result. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse or pay a respondent for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. A Market Research Questionnaire is included and responses are due on or before Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 2:00pm Central Standard Time.
