The Department of the Interior Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (DOI BOEM) awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract to HDR Environmental, Operations And Construction, Inc. (HDR EOC), a subsidiary of HDR, Inc. doing business as HDR-CH2M JV, to provide offshore wind energy project support services. The $10 million multiple-award contract has a period of performance from May 2021 to May 2025.
Under the contract, DOI BOEM has issued a $2.63 million time and materials task order for HDR EOC to serve as the prime contractor providing offshore monitoring, data collection, and analysis support for the Rodeo II South Fork offshore wind project in New Bedford, Massachusetts from July 2022 through May 2026. HDR EOC will subcontract with the University of Rhode Island and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution to support this task order.
