Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Regional Architect-Engineer (A-E) Environmental Services
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Marine Fisheries Service Office of Habitat Conservation seeks to award four indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to provide regional architect-engineer environmental services across four regions. Firms will support habitat restoration and environmental programs through assessment studies, field surveys, modeling, engineering design, permitting, construction administration, environmental documentation, stakeholder engagement, and other services. Responses are due by October 12, 2022 and will be evaluated based on specialized experience, professional qualifications, location and knowledge of the regions, capacity, and past performance.
The contracts are set aside for total small businesses under NAICS code 562910 for environmental remediation services with a size standard of 750 employees. Each single-award IDIQ will have a minimum value of $25,000 and maximum value of $50 million over a five-year base period and six-month option. Task orders will be on a firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, or labor-hour basis to provide services over five years for habitat conservation projects within the four regions: South Atlantic Coast, Gulf of Mexico, Northeastern U.S. Atlantic and Great Lakes, and Pacific Coast.
