The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service Southern Region (Region 8) has awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to Tipton-Fsi JV II, LLC, a self-certified HUBZone joint venture, for grounds and facility maintenance services. This single-award IDC has a ceiling value of $11 million and a period of performance through December 31, 2027.
Under this IDC, the Forest Service has issued multiple firm fixed price delivery orders to Tipton-Fsi JV II, LLC for grounds maintenance, facility cleaning, and related services in the Cadiz, Kentucky area, including the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. The delivered services encompass mowing, landscaping, edging, trimming, weeding, herbicide application, leaf removal, floor and restroom cleaning, and other grounds and facility maintenance tasks. The total value of these delivery orders issued to date exceeds $16 million. This contract work supports the Forest Service's efforts to maintain and manage its national forest lands and related infrastructure in the region.
