The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service has awarded El Dorado Water & Shower Service, Inc., a small business based in Eureka, California, an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) valued up to $23.5 million for national mobile shower facilities and related services through December 2028. El Dorado also holds several other IDCs and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the Forest Service, valued up to $250,000, that provide rapid access to its specialized capabilities in delivering mobile shower units, potable water trucks, hand washing stations, and wastewater equipment to support wildland firefighting and emergency response operations across the western United States.
Under these contract vehicles, the Forest Service has awarded multiple firm fixed-price delivery orders to El Dorado Water & Shower Service, ranging from $24,000 to over $240,000, to provide critical logistical support services for the agency's Wildland Fire and All-Hazard Incidents program. These delivery orders do not utilize any set-aside designations. El Dorado's consistent performance in rapidly mobilizing essential hygiene infrastructure resources to incident sites has demonstrated its specialized expertise in meeting the Forest Service's requirements for temporary base camp facilities and logistics during emergency response efforts.
