The Department of Agriculture's Forest Service has awarded multiple firm fixed-price delivery orders totaling $663,815.52 to NF Reforester, Inc., a minority-owned small disadvantaged business, for reforestation services across several western U.S. states. These delivery orders were issued against the Forest Service's existing indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles to support the agency's land management and forest restoration goals.
Specifically, NF Reforester received a $224,634.80 order for reforestation work in Utah national forests, a $229,276.72 order for Colorado's Rocky Mountain region, and a $209,904 order for services in Montana. The delivery orders, which run through May 2026, cover activities such as seedling planting, site preparation, restoration, and protection. This work is being performed under previous IDIQ contracts awarded to NF Reforester by the Forest Service's Intermountain, Rocky Mountain, and Pacific Northwest regions to provide Type 2 wildland firefighter crews and reforestation services on a nationwide basis.
