The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service awarded an indefinite delivery contract, valued at $22,500,000.01, to Aye Garcia LLC, a self-certified small disadvantaged business, to provide Type 2 firefighter crews in support of wildland fire suppression and the agency's broader natural resource management programs. The contract, which was set aside for small businesses, has a five-year period of performance through May 2026.
Under this IDIQ contract, as well as several other IDIQ vehicles, Aye Garcia LLC has been awarded multiple firm fixed-price delivery orders totaling over $1.5 million to provide unspecified products and services in support of the Forest Service's land and resource management initiatives within the agency's Pacific Southwest and Northern Regions. The contracted work will be performed at various locations in California and Montana, including South Lake Tahoe, Eureka, Grass Valley, Dillon, and Missoula, from September 2023 through May 2026. The contracted services and supplies are intended to further the Forest Service's conservation and stewardship objectives for national forests and grasslands.
