About this IDV

NIH NITAAC awarded a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. on July 11, 2012, with a ceiling of $20 billion to provide IT and telecommunications services across the federal government through October 29, 2026.

CIO-SP3 SB is a multiple-award GWAC designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under the Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business program. The vehicle operates governmentwide, enabling federal civilian and defense agencies to procure IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, cloud services, and mission support without separate competition.

Performance occurs nationwide and at subordinate locations as required by individual delivery orders. The base period and option terms extend through October 29, 2026.

Recent delivery orders issued under this GWAC reflect diverse customer demand across civilian and defense sectors. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention awarded a $17.6 million time-and-materials delivery order in September 2022 for ServiceNow implementation in Falls Church, Virginia, with Booz Allen Hamilton as a subcontractor. The Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation issued a $19.4 million firm fixed-price delivery order in December 2020 for a five-month extension of Emergency Operations Center services in Washington, D.C., with Xpect Solutions, Inc. supporting the effort. The Army Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems awarded a $212.2 million time-and-materials delivery order in May 2015 for engineering support services to the Acquisition Center of Excellence in Franconia, Virginia, designated as a Total Small Business set-aside. Additional orders from the Engineering Support Center Huntsville included program management and engineering support ranging from $260,775 to $8.9 million for Army modernization initiatives at Fort Belvoir and other locations.
