NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to DH Technologies, Inc. under the Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI) program on November 1, 2026, with a $20 billion ceiling and ultimate completion date of October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a governmentwide information technology product and service acquisition vehicle serving all federal agencies.
This is a partial small-business set-aside. DH Technologies is a HUBZone-certified small business based in Leesburg, Virginia. Performance is nationwide.
The period of performance runs from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036.
SEWP VI procures commercial information technology products, software licenses, and hardware across the federal government. Under the predecessor SEWP V vehicle, DH Technologies placed 1,968 task orders worth $653.6 million in combined potential value. The vendor's scope encompasses enterprise software licensing renewals (Atlassian, Splunk, Fortinet, Adobe, Oracle, Cisco), hardware procurement and refresh, and IT infrastructure solutions. Work is transaction-driven and product-focused; the vendor does not perform systems integration, implementation, or staffing services. Representative task orders include multi-year software platform licenses for Precisely, OSINT-IP subscriptions, and Pentaho solutions, along with routine software maintenance renewals and hardware refreshes for civilian agencies including NASA, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Defense Information Systems Agency, and the FBI.
