Nexight Group LLC, a small business regulatory consulting firm based in Silver Spring, Maryland, has been awarded a $168 million Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) for the Federal Supply Schedule program. The contract, which runs through May 2028, provides a wide range of professional services including management and strategy consulting, facilitation and decision support, survey services, and program and project management. Nexight offers 14 labor categories led by executives, subject matter experts, directors, program managers, and analysts to design and execute projects addressing complex problems in areas such as energy, climate change, infrastructure, and health.

Under this MAS contract, Nexight has been awarded multiple delivery orders by various civilian agencies, including the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, National Science Foundation, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Energy. These task orders, valued up to $4.7 million, task Nexight with providing services such as regulatory writing, policy analysis, communications, training, and technical support to advance the agencies' missions and initiatives. Nexight has also been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to support GPRA Modernization Act requirements, and a small business set-aside BPA by the Department of Agriculture for regulatory record review services.
