About this IDV

The Environmental Law Institute (ELI), a non-profit organization, was awarded a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) with a total contract value of $199,438. The contract provides a wide range of environmental consulting and technical services to civilian federal agencies, including environmental assessments and impact statements, natural resource management plans, compliance audits, and homeland security support.

Over the 20-year ordering period, ELI has received numerous delivery orders from agencies such as the Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency, and Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement to provide specialized research, training, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis expertise.
