About this IDV
GSA issued a Federal Supply Schedule contract to Computer Sites Inc., a woman-owned small business, under the Buildings and Building Materials schedule (FSS-56) on November 1, 2006, with a contract ceiling of $3.485 million and an ultimate completion date of October 31, 2021. The contract operates as a multiple-award schedule vehicle, enabling agencies to place delivery orders against CSI's price list for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, power conditioning and continuation interfacing equipment (PCCIE), batteries, maintenance and repair services, and associated engineering and installation support. CSI, based in Denver, Colorado, delivers these capabilities nationwide and internationally to military installations, federal data centers, and civilian agencies.
Since award, CSI has received numerous delivery orders under this FSS-56 contract across multiple federal customers. Notable orders include data center monitoring and servicing for the Department of the Interior's Chief Information Officer (valued at $1.497 million through June 2023), UPS and generator maintenance for the Department of Veterans Affairs ($473.526 million through September 2019), and UPS system maintenance agreements with the Western Area Power Administration, the National Park Service, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Orders span emergency and preventive maintenance, capacitor replacement, battery installation and replacement, and technical support at Air Force installations including Wright-Patterson, Edwards, Beale, Hill, Eglin, Vandenberg, and Tyndall Air Force Bases, as well as the Air Force Academy, Air National Guard facilities, and multiple civilian federal locations. Delivery order values range from under $3,000 to approximately $1.5 million. Pricing structures include firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, and labor-hour contract line items, with performance taking place predominantly at CSI's Denver facility and at customer sites nationwide.
