Examples of services procured under task order calls against the BPA include portable lighting and generators, refrigerated trucks, shower and handwashing facilities, environmental control units, fuel delivery, dumpster services, and portable toilet rentals. These services support training exercises for Army National Guard units from 2021 through 2031 with a total potential value of $900,000. Task orders have set aside requirements for total small business participation and placed of performance in various locations in Ohio.
The contracted services aim to provide necessary logistical support for Army National Guard training operations, facilitating activities like annual training and inactive duty periods for military personnel in field environments. The BPA vehicle and associated task order calls allow the Army to fulfill temporary and repeated requirements for facilities and supplies to maintain readiness of its forces stationed throughout Ohio.
