THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS AND COMPLETION OF ALL TASKS ASSIGNED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. ALL WORK SHALL BE WITHIN THE PARAMETERS SET FORTH WITHIN THIS STATEMENT OF WORK AND EXECUTED VIA THE ISSUANCE OF A TASK ORDER. SEE SECTION II ORDERING PROCEDURES. THE FUNCTIONAL AREAS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT ARE LISTED BELOW: 1. SUPPORT FOR ACHP INTERNS AND FELLOWS ACHP SPONSORS INTERNS/FELLOWS BOTH IN THE SUMMER AND SPRING OR FALL SEMESTERS. HISTORICALLY, 2-3 INTERNS HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR THE SUMMER AND 1 FOR THE SPRING OR FALL. THE CONTRACTOR WILL ASSIST IN THE SELECTION OF INTERNS. 2. MEETINGS, SYMPOSIUMS AND SPECIAL EVENTS THE ACHP CONDUCTS ANNUAL EXPERT PANEL PRESENTATIONS AND TWO POLICY ROUNDTABLES. THE CONTRACTOR WILL COORDINATE, PLAN AND EXECUTE ALL ACTIVITIES FOR THE EVENTS; INCLUDING ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEETING SPACE, VENUES, SECURING THE SERVICES OF SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS, AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR THE SPECIFIED EVENTS. 3. RESEARCH, WRITING AND PUBLICATION PREPARATION ASSIST THE ACHP WITH PRESERVATION INITIATIVES, FOCUSING ON NATIONAL POLICY DEVELOPMENT, PARTNERSHIPS AND PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL BENEFITS TO OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES, STATES AND LOCALITIES, INDIAN TRIBES AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR. 4. COMMUNICATIONS, OUTREACH AND EDUCATION, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS ASSIST IN CONVEYING THE ACHPS VISION TO CONSTITUENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH PUBLIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS. ASSIST WITH RECOGNITION PROGRAMS FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACHIEVEMENTS.
