The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service has awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Snow Country Contracting Inc., an SBA-certified HUBZone small business, to provide roads construction, trails maintenance, and facilities repair services in support of environmental, recreational access, and infrastructure goals across the agency's Region 9 national forests and grasslands. The multiple award BPA has a ceiling value of $250,000 per task order and an overall period of performance through March 2032.
Under this IDV, the Forest Service has issued several firm-fixed-price BPA call orders to Snow Country Contracting for culvert replacement and stream crossing construction projects valued from $96,281.99 to $208,540.75. These contracts, all set aside for small businesses, aim to improve aquatic organism passage and habitat connectivity by replacing undersized culverts with concrete box structures or larger corrugated metal pipe arches. The work supports the agency's environmental stewardship and public access objectives within national forests located in Wisconsin and Michigan.
