The USDA Forest Service awarded three contractors blanket purchase agreements totaling $7 million to provide wildlife and forest projects in South Carolina and North Carolina over five years. Under the multi-award agreements, HGS Engineering Inc., MPJ Wildlife Consulting, and Wildlife Investigations LLC will support forest and wildlife management efforts in the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests in South Carolina, the Savannah River Site, and national forests in North Carolina through 2024.

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), East is issuing a Special Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order to perform wildlife support services on the Sumter National Forest in South Carolina. The requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE).
The purpose of the Special Notice is to comply with USDA's policy on Simplified Acquisition Methods and award a BPA Call Order for wildlife support services, including disking, mowing, invasive plant treatments, clearing, day-lighting, fertilizing/liming, planting, gate installation, wildlife disking, and equipment rental activities. The Call Order will be restricted to those approved companies eligible under the NC/SC Wildlife BPA, with 22 businesses currently listed. There is a May 15, 2024 due date, and the government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) has issued a Special Notice regarding its intent to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call order for wildlife, recreational, and other support services in the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests and Savannah River Site in South Carolina, as well as National Forests in North Carolina. This procurement is restricted to the 21 businesses currently holding Wildlife BPAs through a previous solicitation.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to comply with USDA policy by notifying the eligible BPA holders of the intent to award a competitive BPA Call order exceeding $25,000 for the provision of various services, including disking, mowing, invasive plant treatments, clearing, day-lighting, fertilizing/liming, planting, gate installation, wildlife disking, and equipment rental activities. The BPA Call order will be awarded on a fixed-price, performance-based basis, and the government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.

Individual tasks to be performed will be assigned by individual against the BPA Calls and will contain detailed specifications. Awardees will not be required to cover all locations nor will they by required to cover all projects.
