Description

As the agency reported it.

Because this year is the 250TH anniversary of the founding of the united states, phmf is planning a much larger celebration than in years past. This will include docent interpretations in the historic buildings, hands-on living history stations, colonial games, tours of the quarter place (where the enslaved lived and are buried), and an active archaeology DIG on site. In addition, patrick henry's 5TH great grandson will give his grandfather's famous 'liberty or death' speech and read the declaration of independence. There will be live music, and the day will end with phmf's largest fireworks show in history.]
