Cicatelli Associates, Inc. CAI will work collaboratively with HRSA to identify eight non-Ending the Epidemic (EHE) states with significant unmet needs among populations disproportionately impacted by HIV and facilitate state-wide coordination meetings in each state. The initiative addresses critical gaps in the U.S. HIV response, with approximately 87% of new HIV transmissions estimated to originate from individuals unaware of their status or disengaged from care. CAI will deliver concrete action plans and deliverables at 3, 6, 12, and 24-month intervals to maximize existing resources and strengthen collaborative approaches across RHWAP parts. Through this engagement, CAI will enhance planning processes, partnerships, and systems improvements that address the unmet needs of out-of-care populations while sustaining high-quality care for individuals currently receiving RHWAP-funded services.
