The Bureau of Reclamation awarded a $124,615.63 Project Grant under the Recreation Resources Management Program (CFDA 15.524) to Malheur County, Oregon to manage the Bully Creek Reservoir and Beulah Reservoir recreation areas. The project will provide for the operation and maintenance of 40 campsites with electrical RV hookups, day-use shelters, 14 acres of lawn and trees, 22 bathrooms, and other site infrastructure. The funding will support park staff to rehabilitate and enhance the existing recreation facilities in response to increased public use and demand, with the goal of improving fishing, camping, and boating opportunities and enhancing visitor safety. The project period is from August 20, 2025 to September 30, 2030.
