THE PROJECT WILL HELP THE BPBC STABILIZE AND KEEP THE ARENA CANAL AT A STEADY HEIGHT CONTROL FLOWS AND CONSERVE WATER AT THE HEADWORKS OF THE ARENA LAKE DRAIN IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF USE OF THE WATER IN THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND PREVENT LOSS FROM SPILLS AND OVERFLOWS.
