THE BELLE FOURCHE IRRIGATION DISTRICT, LOCATED IN WEST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA, WILL CONVERT THE OPEN, CONCRETE LINED 24.3 LATERAL TO 3,000 LINEAR FEET OF BURIED, POLYVINYL CHLORIDE PIPE AND UPGRADE FLOW METERS ALONG THE NEWLY PIPED LATERAL.
