IN THIS WAY CATA WILL BE ABLE TO REACH MORE OF THE UNDER SERVED POPULATION NOT CURRENTLY WITHIN A FIXED ROUTE ZONE. IN THIS WAY WE WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE GREATER ACCESS TO WORK LOCATIONS MEDICAL FACILITIES AND SOCIAL SERVICE FACILITIES THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO THIS POPULATION GROUP.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: SYSTEM REDESIGN TO ENSURE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES PROVIDE ENHANCED ROUTING SERVICE AND ENSURE FARES ARE BOTH EQUITABLE AND REASONABLE TO ALL COMMUNITIES SERVICED BY CATA.; EXPECTED OUTCOMES: PROJECT IS INTENDED TO DETERMINE HOW CATA CAN MORE FULLY INTEGRATE ALL FOUR MODES OF TRANSPORTATION IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ENHANCED MOBILITY TO SENIORS LOW-INCOME AND WORKING FAMILIES THROUGH EFFICIENCIES AND ENHANCED ROUTING. INCREASE THE FIRST MILE-LAST MILE OPPORTUNITIES.; INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: THE REIMAGINE AND FARE STUDY WILL IMPROVE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY ENHANCE PATRON TRANSIT EXPERIENCE PROVIDE FOR MORE ROBUST ROUTE SCHEDULING AND ENSURE FARES ARE EQUITABLE WHILE PROVIDING FOR SUSTAINED OPERATIONS.; SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES: THE REIMAGINED CATA WILL PROVIDE BENEFITS TO ALL CATA PATRONS AND ENHANCE OUR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS BY IMPROVING THE OVERALL EFFICIENCY.
