This $787,750 project grant from the Department of the Interior National Park Service will support the preservation and revitalization of historic buildings in Selma and Marion, Alabama through the Historic Preservation Fund Grants-In-Aid program. Opportunity Alabama Inc. will rehabilitate 3-5 historic properties well-positioned to stimulate new economic activity in the downtown areas of these two Black Belt Region communities.
