MARKETING WILL INCLUDE EDUCATION AND INFORMATION MATERIALS CUSTOMIZED FOR EACH TARGETED SEGMENT OF THE POPULATION. THE MATERIALS WILL INCLUDE BOOKLETS HOW-TO VIDEOS SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS AND ADDITIONAL ITEMS AS NEEDED.THE PROGRAM REQUIRES FUNDING TO CONTINUE TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN OUR COMMUNITY ON ALL CURRENT TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS INCLUDING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS AND MEDICAID FUNDED TRANSPORTATION. THE MOBILITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ACTS AS A LIAISON BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND PROVIDER TO FIND A SOLUTION TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: A MARKETING PROFESSIONAL WILL BE HIRED TO HELP CREATE PRINT MATERIALS AND ASSIST WITH OUTREACH EFFORTS INCLUDING DESIGN CONTENT MANAGEMENT MESSAGING AND PRINTING. MOBILITY MANAGEMENT WILL ASSIST WITH BCRTAS SHORT RANGE PLANNING STUDY TO COMPLETION WITH THE GOAL OF REDESIGNING THE CURRENT FIXED ROUTE SYSTEM TO BEST FIT THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY. OUTREACH EFFORTS TO CONNECT WITH ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED POPULATIONS WILL CONTINUE TO ADVANCE THE PROGRAM AND INCREASE THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS TRAVEL TRAINED. EFFORTS TO PROVIDE SEAMLESS TRAVEL OPTIONS FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED POPULATIONS THROUGHOUT OUR REGION WILL EXPAND. INCREASE USAGE OF THE TABC ACCESS BUTLER COUNTY (ABC) SUBSIDIZED FARE PROGRAM AND DEVELOP A TRAIN-THE-TRAINER TRAVELING TRAINING PROGRAM TO ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION SUPPORTS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY.; EXPECTED OUTCOMES: EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE EFFECTIVE REDESIGN OF FIXED ROUTES TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITY INCREASED OUTREACH TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE ELDERLY AND DISABLED (ED) POPULATIONS SEAMLESS TRAVEL OPTIONS FOR ED POPULATIONS THROUGHOUT OUR REGION INCREASED USAGE OF THE TABC ABC SUBSIDIZED FARE PROGRAM AND A FUNCTIONAL TRAIN-THE-TRAINER TRAVELING TRAINING PROGRAM.; INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: INTENDED BENEFICIARIES OF THIS PROGRAM INCLUDE ELDERLY AND DISABLED POPULATIONS OF BUTLER COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING REGION AS WELL AS LOW-INCOME POPULATIONS AND SERVICE AGENCIES WHOSE GOALS ARE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THESE POPULATIONS.; SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES: NONE
