THESE FUNDS REPRESENT UP TO 100% OF BLUE WATER AREA TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (BWATC) ELIGIBLE OPERATING EXPENSES. THE APPLICATION SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES OPERATING EXPENSES; THOSE COSTS NECESSARY TO OPERATE MAINTAIN AND MANAGE A PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. THESE EXPENSES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO DRIVERS SALARIES FUEL AND ITEMS HAVING A USEFUL LIFE OF LESS THAN ONE YEAR INCLUDING PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING SUPPLIES.
