ALL MUSEUM STAFF, BOARD, AND DOCENTS WILL PARTICIPATE IN DEAI TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS, AND THREE STAFF WILL PURSUE ADDITIONAL TRAININGS AND CERTIFICATIONS RELATED TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION. THE PROJECT WILL INVOLVE ENGAGING WITH CONSULTANTS TO LEAD TRAININGS AND REVIEW RECRUITMENT AND HIRING PRACTICES. MUSEUM STAFF WILL PREPARE A DEAI TRAINING MANUAL, INCORPORATE DEAI POLICIES INTO INSTITUTIONAL PLANNING DOCUMENTS, AND HOST FOUR FELLOWS WHO ARE UNDER-REPRESENTED EMERGING MUSEUM PROFESSIONALS.
