Description

Building on two years of research, development, and pilot-testing, the garden will install over 100 new interpretive signs and a series of interactive wayfinding tools throughout the grounds. Project activities will also include the launch of a new more-personalized docent tour program and a new labeling system that will correlate directly to the plants featured in classes being taught at the center. The museum will collect data and produce a summative report that assesses changes in the behavior of visitors and their motivation to begin utilizing and advocating for more native plants in their home gardens and communities.
