ACCELERATING CANCER SCREENING - MATTHEW WALKER COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER, INC. (MWCHC) AND VANDERBILT INGRAM CANCER CENTER (VICC) NCI-SUPPORTED COMMUNITY OUTREACH CAPACITY THROUGH COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATORS (CHES) OF THE NATIONAL OUTREACH NETWORK (NON) WILL IMPLEMENT THE ACCELERATING CANCER SCREENING PROJECT IN DAVIDSON, MONTGOMERY, AND RUTHERFORD COUNTY. THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THIS PARTNERSHIP IS TO INCREASE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO CANCER SCREENING AND REFERRAL FOR CARE AND TREATMENT BY ENHANCING PATIENT EDUCATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTREACH AND OTHER ENABLING SERVICES.
