CHRP will serve 25 unique individuals per year, totaling 100 individuals over the grant period. The program delivers community education and outreach on early psychosis identification and intervention, and provides stepped-care treatment incorporating motivational interviewing, case management and care coordination, skills training, and evidence-based therapies. Project objectives include increasing mental health service capacity in Harris County for individuals at clinical high risk for psychosis by expanding clinician knowledge and treatment skills.
