HERKIMER COUNTY SYSTEM OF CARE 2.0: IMPROVING MENTAL HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH WITH, OR AT RISK OF, SED AND THEIR FAMILIES IN HERKIMER COUNTY. - PROJECT ABSTRACT THE HERKIMER COUNTY SYSTEM OF CARE 2.0 PROJECT WILL STRENGTHEN AND BRING NEW EVIDENCE-BASED AND GENDER AND CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE SERVICES TO GREATER NUMBERS OF HERKIMER COUNTY CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND YOUNG ADULTS MOST AT RISK OF OR WITH SED.
