IT IS BELIEVED THAT EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES NOT ONLY HELP PERSONS WITH CO-EXISTING MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS RECOVER SAFELY, BUT ARE ESSENTIAL AS COST-EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OPTIONS.
