THE DYE CREEK FISH PASSAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WILL REPLACE A LOW ROAD CROSSING IN TEHAMA COUNTY. THE CULVERTS AT THIS CROSSING ARE UNDERSIZED AND OFTEN PLUG WITH SEDIMENT AND DEBRIS, CREATING A BARRIER FOR FISH ACCESS.
