Gravity sewer, primarily 8" diameter will be installed in the park and requires two sewer lift stations with 6" force mains. Natural gas will be extended to the park by the city requiring 1,000 if of 6" gas main and two regulator stations within the park. Four stormwater ponds will be constructed to provide treatment and attenuation of runoff. A rail spur will be constructed to serve project gantry plus an additional switch and rail spur to serve the remaining park.
