THIS EDA PLANNING INVESTMENT SUPPORTS THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (CEDS) FOR THE REGION SERVED BY THE RED RIVER REGIONAL COUNCIL, WHICH COMPRISES THE COUNTIES OF GRAND FORKS, NELSON, PEMBINA, AND WALSH.
