IN ADDITION, THE PROJECT INCLUDES FUNDING TO PROVIDE FOR ANY NECESSARY HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UPGRADES TO THE X-RAY TERMINAL AS WELL AS FACILITY MODIFICATIONS NEEDED GIVEN DESIGN CHANGES IN X-RAY MACHINES OVER THE YEARS. THE CURRENT DIGITAL X-RAY MACHINE IS OVER 12 YEARS OLD AND A NEW MACHINE IS NECESSARY TO KEEP PACE WITH TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THIS IMPORTANT AND ONLY MEDICAL TREATMENT FACILITY IN THE COMMUNITY. THE CITY OF WEST WENDOVER OWNS THE MEDICAL CLINIC FACILITY TO WHICH THE DIGITAL X-RAY MACHINE WOULD BE INSTALLED AS A PERMANENT ADDITION TO THE FACILITY.
