Williams Community Health Center, Inc. (CWWCHC) to support its delivery of comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental, behavioral health, HIV/STI, and ancillary care services to predominantly low-income, uninsured, and underinsured patients in and around Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Federally Qualified Health Center grantee, CWWCHC has received over $20 million in federal grant awards since 2006 to fund operations, service expansions, COVID-19 response, capital improvements, and other initiatives.
