THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE CITY OF PHOENIX IN ITS EFFORTS TO REDUCE DIESEL EMISSIONS AND EXPOSURE IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA. THE CITY OF PHOENIX WILL REPLACE AT LEAST 10 CLASS 8 DIESEL REFUSE HAULERS WITH MODEL YEAR 2019, OR NEWER CLASS 8 COMPRESS NATURAL GAS (CNG) REFUSE TRUCKS.
