THIS GRANT PROVIDES FUNDING TO MONITOR FINE PARTICULATE MATTER WITH THE DIAMETER EQUAL TO OR SMALLER THAN 2.5 MICROMETERS (PM 2.5) IN ORDER TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE PM 2.5 NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARDS AND DETERMINE DEDUCTIONS IN AIR EMISSIONS. THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES FULL FEDERAL FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $424,453, OF WHICH $38,000 IS SET ASIDE FOR EPA IN-KIND SERVICES. PREAWARD COSTS ARE APPROVED BACK TO 4/1/2020.
