THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO THE SOUTH FORK BAND COUNCIL TO BUILD ITS CAPACITY TO ADMINISTER ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS ON INDIAN LANDS.
