To promote resilience and improve the living conditions of conflict-affected communities in colombia

This $1,000,000 Project Grant award, funded through the U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID) Foreign Assistance for Programs Overseas (CFDA 98.001) program, aims to promote resilience and improve living conditions for conflict-affected communities in Colombia. The grant, awarded on August 1, 2024, will support a consortium led by the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) that includes sub-awardees such as Action Against Hunger (Fundacion Accion Contra El Hambre) and Médecins du Monde. Together, these organizations will deliver a comprehensive range of humanitarian assistance and development services, including water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure, multipurpose cash assistance, health and protection services, and other initiatives to address the needs of vulnerable, displacement-affected populations in Colombia. The program will run through July 31, 2025, with the goal of enhancing long-term resilience and supporting durable solutions for conflict-impacted communities.
