The Federal Highway Administration awarded the City of Muskogee, Oklahoma $304,000 on May 14, 2026, under the Safe Streets and Roads for All program (CFDA 20.939) to develop a comprehensive safety action plan and supplemental safe routes to school and non-motorist safety action plans for the city.
Work is performed in Muskogee County, Oklahoma, with a period of performance through September 30, 2028. The Safe Streets and Roads for All program funds regional, local, and tribal initiatives to prevent roadway fatalities and serious injuries, established under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
