This Highway Planning and Construction award supports the CNMI Department of Public Works' ongoing infrastructure development efforts across the Northern Mariana Islands. The project is consistent with the program's funding priorities for highway improvement and safety enhancements on public roads, with work to be performed in the territorial jurisdiction.
