Pueblo of zuni transportation program funding FY 2024

This $2,748,845.61 Project Grant award from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) under the CFDA 20.205 Highway Planning and Construction program provides transportation funding to the Pueblo of Zuni in New Mexico for fiscal year 2024. The funding will support the Pueblo of Zuni's overall transportation program, which includes a range of infrastructure development, maintenance, and improvement initiatives. As a federally recognized tribal government, the Pueblo of Zuni leverages this federal grant award to deliver critical transportation services and enhancements for its community. The diversity of the CFDA 20.205 program allows for funding to cover highway construction, bridge rehabilitation, roadway resurfacing, safety improvements, and multimodal transportation projects, among other eligible activities. This award demonstrates the federal government's commitment to supporting transportation infrastructure development in tribal communities through the FHWA's Tribal Transportation Program.
