THIS PROJECT IS ASSOCIATED WITH A BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE LAW AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT THAT FUNDS THE REMAINING ELIGIBLE PORTION OF THE FIRST PHASE.
