PURPOSE: EXTEND RUNWAY. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED/EXPECTED OUTCOMES: THIS PROJECT EXTENDS RUNWAY 17/35 AN ADDITIONAL 600 FEET TO MEET FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION STANDARDS.
