The Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service awarded a $106,436 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Matching Grant to the Federal Hill House Association in Providence, RI. The VITA Grant Program (CFDA 21.009) provides funding to organizations that offer free tax preparation services to low-to-moderate income individuals, persons with disabilities, limited English speakers, Native Americans, rural residents, military members and their families, and the elderly.
