HEALTHY FUTURES: AGING IN PLACE SERVING IN ROLES FOR COMPANIONSHIP, FOOD DELIVERY, AND MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION. 3. HEALTHY FUTURES: ACCESS TO CARE SERVING TO LEAD BONE BUILDERS 4. EDUCATION: TUTORING K-12 SUCCESS - TUTORING CHILDREN IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS 5. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: PROVIDING FINANCIAL LITERACY AND ASSISTING VITA BY OFFERING FREE TAX PREPARATION TO SENIORS, THE DISABLED, AND LOW-TO-MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES. 6. ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP: IMPROVING TRAILS - AT-RISK ECOSYSTEMS OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS HEALTHY FUTURES. AT THE END OF THE THREE-YEAR GRANT, OUR PROJECT EXPECTS TO REPORT THAT 60% OF SURVEYED CLIENTS OF FOOD PANTRIES AND FOOD DISTRIBUTION ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE REPORT INCREASED FOOD SECURITY. THE FRAIL ELDERLY, THE DISABLED AND ISOLATED SENIORS RECEIVING SUPPORTIVE SERVICES RELATING TO AGING IN PLACE AND ACCESS TO CARE, EMPOWERING 60% OF THESE INDIVIDUALS TO REMAIN LIVING INDEPENDENTLY AT HOME. THE CNCS FEDERAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT OF $75,000.00 SUPPLEMENTED BY $32,155.00 OF IN-KIND FUNDS, APPLICANT FUNDS, AND LOCAL FUNDS TOTALING $107,155.00.
